Class Description
Beginning Tumbling: The basic tumbling skills will be taught in this class including back handsprings and round off back handsprings, series back handsprings and the technique needed for tucks. NO: Prerequisite Tumbling Skills required.
Intermediate Tumbling: This class is for learning flipping skills including: ariels, tucks, layouts, front tucks and round off back handsprings in conjunction with a flipping skill.Prerequisite: Back Handsprings and Round off Back Handsprings.
Advanced Tumbling: This class will teach twisting skills including: fulls, Arabians, front fulls and double fulls. Prerequisite: Round off Back Handspring Layout and Standing Tuck.
